TRYOUT FOR THE 2026-27 SCHOOL YEAR!
We are so excited that you are interested in becoming a part of the Fort Collins High School
Cheer program! You can find important information about our tryout process below.
Tryout Practices will be held at Fort Collins High School in Gym 2
Monday, April 20th @ 4:30-8:00pm
Tuesday, April 21st @ 4:30-8:00pm
Wednesday, April 22nd @ 4:30-8:00pm
*there will be a break for dinner each night from 6:00-6:30pm

Tryout Day is Thursday, April 23rd!

Optional Cheer Clinic Open Gyms will be held at the beginning of April
​
Tuesday, April 7th @ 4:30-6:30pm in Gym 3
Thursday, April 9th @ 4:30-6:30pm in Gym 3
Monday, April 13th @ 4:30-6:30pm in Gym 3
Thursday, April 16th @ 4:30-6:30pm in Gym 3
Join us for a parent meeting on April 14th at 6:00pm in the FCHS Commons (cafeteria), where you can learn more about the registration and tryout process.
REGISTER FOR TRYOUTS
STEP 1: Download, Read, and Fill out our Cheer Tryout Packet​.
STEP 2: Download, Read, and Fill out the Athletic Paperwork.​

STEP 3: Pay the PSD Athletic Fee

STEP 4: Bring all the completed Athletic Paperwork and receipt from paying the PSD Athletic Fee to the FCHS Athletic Secretary to obtain your Orange Card.
​
Once you fill out the Athletic Paperwork, please make sure to bring it to the office and give it to the Athletic Secretary. She will then provide you an Orange Card which you must bring to the first day of tryouts.

If you plan on participating in our Open Gym Clinics prior to tryouts, you must have an Orange Card.

STEP 5: Let us know you plan on coming to tryouts by completing the FCHS Cheer Tryout form

STEP 6: Bring all Tryout Packet Paperwork and your Orange Card to the First Day of Tryouts.​
​
You must provide all of the Tryout Packet Paperwork and Orange Card on the first day of tryouts to a Coach. You will not be considered for the team if you do not provide both of these during tryout week.
